Complaints/Comments/Suggestions Procedure:

            The Practice aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients at all times. We take any complaint very seriously therefore we would encourage you to speak to Practice Manager. Don't be afraid to say how you feel. Your comments and concerns will be treated in confidence and acted upon to improve standards for the future and in majority of cases concerns can be easily and amicably resolved. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues that you have raised, as you would wish, you can write or speak to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service, who can often help resolve problems before they become formal complaints. To speak to Patient Advice and Liaison Service officer 0151 443 4900.  If you would like to make a complaint regarding the Practice or any of the services that we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by post, or telephone.

   In addition, we would also welcome any comments or suggestion that you have about this website or any other of the services that we provide and of course. You can contact the Practice Manager either by post, telephone.
