Complaints and Suggestions

We endeavour to provide a high standard for our patients. If you have any complaints, concerns or can suggest any improvements please let us know. You can make your complaint or suggestions either in person, phone 0151 489 2833, email gp.n83043@nhs.net or in person. We operate a practice complaint procedure as part of a NHS system for dealing with complaints.
